i think i'm being paranoid.. someone help me?
back in form 5.. i'd never imagine myself to be so paranoid..
this is getting out of hand.. someone help me please?
recently.. my mood swings are so frequent that even i am scared of myself..
because of small matters.. i can easily be happy..
and because of small matters .. i can easily be upset..
i dunno.. i'm kinda freak out by myself..
someone slap me please ?
perhaps it is because this is the first time i'm being serious..
and what's making worry more is that..
there's so much i dont know..
i tried so hard not to bother..
but ... sometimes, u cant help but wonder..

Mr Wall was so nice this morning ..

a smile in the morning and a hug
a nice breakfast
a warm lunch
and apart from that.. he was so helpful and so caring..
